Two Sides North America Press Release
CHICAGO (April 14, 2015) – Canadian Consumers for Paper Options (CCPO) has joined Two Sides North America, the non-profit organization that promotes and encourages the responsible production, use and sustainability of print and paper.
“CCPO has been instrumental in lobbying the Canadian government to ensure that Canadians are entitled to paper options when it comes to receiving communications. There is a big push these days to force people into electronic-only solutions and eliminate paper-based options to save costs, without consideration of people’s needs. We look forward to working with CCPO to help promote the value and sustainability of print and paper,” stated Two Sides North America President Phil Riebel.
About Canadian Consumers for Paper Options (CCPO)
The CCPO alliance was formed to ensure that Canadians continue to have the choice to receive their bills and business communications on paper without penalty charges originating from federally regulated organizations. We work with governments to eliminate this practice within the Canadian business environment and to support the Canadian industries that rely heavily on paper products. For more information on CCPO and our economic output white paper please visit ccpoalliance.org.
