In
addition to providing packaging designers with a wide range of
desirable properties for the safe, durable, efficient and economical
packaging of agricultural, industrial, construction and consumer
goods and materials, paper multiwall sacks are made from a renewable
and sustainable resource. Joining Two Sides will help PSSMA share
this message with an even wider audience and give us expanded
opportunities to tell people why sticking with paper is a sound
environmental choice.

About
the Paper Shipping Sack Manufacturers Association
The
Paper Shipping Sack Manufacturers Association (PSSMA) is the
national trade association of U.S. producers of multiwall shipping
sacks. Its mission is to provide its member companies with programs
and services which further the industrys objectives and, in doing
so, promote and enhance the welfare of the industry. Currently,
PSSMAs sack-producing members produce approximately 90% of the
multiwall shipping sacks made in the United States. In addition,
PSSMA is supported by more than 45 associate members, suppliers of
goods and services to the U.S. multiwall industry.
For
users of paper multiwall sacks who want to communicate to their
consumers about the renewability of their packaging, PSSMA developed
a Renewable Resource logo which may be printed on sacks. For an
image of this label and to learn about the criteria for using it on
packaging, please visit http://www.pssma.com/logo.html
