A paperless ticket system's malfunction kept several hundred people waiting to get into Sunday night's Keith Urban concert at the Cajundome.
But a dome official said the lines were cleared before the scheduled 7:30 p.m. start of the show.
"I wish I had an answer," said the Cajundome's Pam Deville.
Deville said the paperless system also malfunctioned Saturday night as fans tried to get into Bossier City's CenturyLink Center for a Keith Urban performance.
She said the paperless ticketing system was put in use for floor tickets and a portion of the first level in the Cajundome. She said the paperless system affected about 1,500 members of the audience.
The paperless system was used at the request of the performer as a way to thwart ticket-scalpers, Deville said.
Urban's concert was the first show to use paperless ticketing at the Cajundome in a few years. No similar problems surfaced before, she said.
