Winning Design Created for “The Paper Loop” Magazine Announced at 2016 EXECUTIVE OUTLOOK Conference
Orlando, FL – Rolland Enterprises Inc.’s publication, “The Paper Loop,” a promotional document under the guise of a magazine for paper aficionados that promotes the virtues and high-impact value of print to creative designers, printers, advertisers, and corporate communicators, was selected as the 2016 winner of the annual Positively Print award. The magazine designed for Rolland by Alezane Design & Com Inc., provides readers with an assortment of information about the processes of paper production and printing, news about the industry, measures being taken to protect the environment, and other related topics for, and about, those who share Rolland Enterprises’ passion for paper.
“Rolland Enterprises Inc.’s engaging and informational magazine not only portrays the impact of print through real-world success stories from major international companies that have effectively integrated print into their communications, but also puts ‘front and center’ the facts about sustainability as well as measures being taken to protect the environment,” said NPES President Thayer Long. Long co-announced the award at the close of the 2016 EXECUTIVE OUTLOOK conference, held immediately prior to the opening of GRAPH EXPO 16, that runs September 25 – 28, 2016 at the Orange County Convention Center-North in Orlando, Florida.
This is the seventh year for the Positively Print award which recognizes an organization that promotes the power, sustainability, and effectiveness of print. “We want to showcase companies that effectively advocate for print,” said award co-presenter Phil Riebel, President of Two Sides North America. “Rolland Enterprises Inc.’s magazine, “The Paper Loop,” is an outstanding example of such advocacy.”
